From Sophie’s foster mom, Renee….
HELLO FRIENDS~
We took Sophie in for her surgery this morning (early) 🙂 She was in good spirits and was watching “Finding Nemo” with sister Rosie on the way to Bentwood. Rosie, my two year old, was kinda upset to leave her there…..she just kept hugging her saying ” Sophie, you will be ok, I promise..the doctor fix your ouwies….” It was enough to make you want to CRY! Sophie will have some hard days ahead as this is an intense surgery. After waiting two months and feeding her by hand three times a day~ she will finally be on the road to “something better”~ Thanks to EVERYONE who donated on behalf of Sophie.
Without your help THIS SURGERY WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED! THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE~ I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED ON HOW SOPHIE IS DOING. HERE ARE A FEW PICTURES OF HER MORNING BEFORE SURGERY! PLEASE KEEP HER IN YOUR PRAYERS THIS WEEK!.
